## Why
The documentation is written relatively to `clang-llvm`, not the root
repository directory. However, some steps in the documentation are
relative to the repository root, which is not correct.
## What
Documentation steps have been modified to make them correct and outdated
ones were updated. Some details:
* Correct paths in documentation
* Change `bootstrap.py` -> `configure.py` since bootstraping Ninja has
[slightly
changed](https://github.com/ninja-build/ninja/tree/master?tab=readme-ov-file#python)
Add the required CMAKE_BUILD_TYPE to the cmake configuration line.
We drop the comment about enabling tests, since it is already implied
and doesn't add any additional context.
Update CMakeLists.txt in the tutorial to reflect the latest changes in
LLVM. The demo project cannot be linked without added libraries.

This is *not* a trivial substitution, because additionally, all the
checkout instructions had to be migrated to instruct users on how to
use the monorepo layout, setting LLVM_ENABLE_PROJECTS instead of
checking out various projects into various subdirectories.
I've attempted to not change any scripts here, only documentation. The
scripts will have to be addressed separately.
Additionally, I've deleted one document which appeared to be outdated
and unneeded:

There was a small error in the code in the tutorial. The tutorial contains a few errors which results in code not being able to compile.
One error was described here: https://llvm.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=25583 .
I found and fixed the error and one additional error.

- Renaming GetCompilations() and GetSourcePathList() to follow LLVM
style.
