Revert "[Clang][C++23] Implement P2448R2: Relaxing some constexpr
restrictions (#77753)"
This reverts commit 99500e8c08a4d941acb8a7eb00523296fb2acf7a because it
causes a behavior change for std=c++20. See
https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/77753.
Per
https://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg21/docs/papers/2022/p2448r2.html
function/constructor/destructor can be marked `constexpr` even though it
never produces a constant expression.
Non-literal types as return types and parameter types of functions
marked `constexpr` are also allowed.
Since this is not a DR, the diagnostic messages are still preserved for
C++ standards older than C++23.
These are an artifact of how types are structured but serve little
purpose, merely showing that the type is sugared in some way. For
example, ElaboratedType's existence means struct S gets printed as
'struct S':'struct S' in the AST, which is unnecessary visual clutter.
Note that skipping the second print when the types have the same string
matches what we do for diagnostics, where the aka will be skipped.
During the ISO C++ Committee meeting plenary session the C++23 Standard
has been voted as technical complete.
This updates the reference to c++2b to c++23 and updates the __cplusplus
macro.
Drive-by fixes c++1z -> c++17 and c++2a -> c++20 when seen.

Improve checking for the standard layout type when diagnosing
the kernel argument with templated types. The check doesn't work
correctly for references or pointers due to the lazy template
instantiation.
Current fix only improves cases where nested types in the templates

Other uses of forcing HasEmptyPlaceHolder to false seem OK to me -
they're all around pointer/reference types where the pointer/reference
token will appear at the rightmost side of the left side of the type
name, so they make nested types (eg: the "int" in "int *") behave as
though there is a non-empty placeholder (because the "*" is essentially
the placeholder as far as the "int" is concerned).

Reverted in f9ad1d1c775a8e264bebc15d75e0c6e5c20eefc7 due to breakages
outside of clang - lldb seems to have some strange/strong dependence on
"char [N]" versus "char[N]" when printing strings (not due to that name
appearing in DWARF, but probably due to using clang to stringify type
names) that'll need to be addressed, plus a few other odds and ends in
other subprojects (clang-tools-extra, compiler-rt, etc).
Looks like lldb has some issues with this - somehow it causes lldb to
treat a "char[N]" type as an array of chars (prints them out
individually) but a "char [N]" is printed as a string. (even though the
DWARF doesn't have this string in it - it's something to do with the
string lldb generates for itself using clang)

Ignore top-level qualifiers in casts, which fixes issues in reinterpret_cast.
This rule comes from [expr.type]/8.2.2 which explains that casting to a
pr-qualified type should actually cast to the unqualified type. In C++

in C++ for OpenCL v1.0 s2.4.
Currently this only disables the restrictions related to the data
layout. The programmer should ensure the compiler generates the same
layout for host and device or otherwise the argument should only be
accessed on the device side. This extension could be extended to other
case (e.g. permitting size_t) if desired in the future.

adding default address space of a template argument if it is given.
This got reported in PR48896 because in OpenCL all parameters are

address space from it i.e. keep __private instead of __generic.

Use the "invalid-" prefix only for tests that contain only invalid

Drop the "valid" suffix for CodeGen tests, as inputs in this directory
are supposed to be valid anyway.

The tests don't specify a triple in some cases, since they shouldn't be
necessary, so I've updated the tests to detect via macro when they are
running on win32 to give the slightly altered diagnostic.
In the wake of https://reviews.llvm.org/D89559, we discovered that a
couple of tests (the ones modified below to have additional triple
versions) would fail on Win32, for 1 of two reasons. We seem to not
have a win32 buildbot anymore, so the triple is to make sure this
doesn't get broken in the future.
First, two of the three 'note-candidate' functions weren't appropriately
skipping the remaining conversion functions.
Second, in 1 situation (note surrogate candidates) we actually print the
type of the conversion operator. The two tests that ran into that
needed updating to make sure it printed the proper one in the win32
case.

It causes a crash on invalid code:
class X {

constexpr int s = sizeof(X);
Address space conversion changes pointer representation.
This commit disallows such conversions when they are not
legal i.e. for the nested pointers even with compatible
address spaces. Because the address space conversion in
the nested levels can't be generated to modify the pointers
correctly. The behavior implemented is as follows:
- Any implicit conversions of nested pointers with different
address spaces is rejected.
- Any conversion of address spaces in nested pointers in safe
casts (e.g. const_cast or static_cast) is rejected.
- Conversion in low level C-style or reinterpret_cast is accepted
but with a warning (this aligns with OpenCL C behavior).

We now properly handle forming multi-level composite pointer types

The addr space qualifier can be added optionally for lambdas after
the attributes. They will alter the default addr space of lambda
call operator that is in generic address space by default for OpenCL.
Syntax:
[ captures ] ( params ) specifiers exception attr opencl_addrspace
-> ret { body }
Example:
[&] (int i) mutable __global { ... };
On the call into lambda a compatibility check will be performed to
determine whether address space of lambda object and its call operator
are compatible. This will follow regular addr space conversion rules
and there will be no difference to how addr spaces work in method
qualifiers.
