[libc++] Stop copying headers to the build directory (#115380)
This was needed before https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/115077
since the compiler-rt test build made assumptions about the build
layout of libc++ and libc++abi, but now they link against a local
installation of these libraries so we no longer need this workaround.

Reapply "[libc++abi] Stop copying headers to the build directory"
This was needed before https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/115077
since the compiler-rt test build made assumptions about the build

installation of these libraries so we no longer need this workaround.

The last attempt at landing this was reverted due to buildbot failures
which should be fixed by https://github.com/llvm/llvm-zorg/pull/299.

[libc++abi] Implement __cxa_init_primary_exception and use it to optimize std::make_exception_ptr (#65534)
This patch implements __cxa_init_primary_exception, an extension to the
Itanium C++ ABI. This extension is already present in both libsupc++ and
libcxxrt. This patch also starts making use of this function in
std::make_exception_ptr: instead of going through a full throw/catch
cycle, we are now able to initialize an exception directly, thus making
std::make_exception_ptr around 30x faster.

e6cbba7494 [libc++abi][WebAssembly] Support Wasm EH
This adds Wasm-specific libc++abi changes to support Wasm exception
handling (https://github.com/WebAssembly/exception-handling).

Wasm EH requires `__USING_WASM_EXCEPTIONS__` to be defined. Wasm EH's
LSDA handling mostly shares that of SjLj EH.
Changes are:
- In Wasm, a destructor returns its argument.
- Wasm EH currently only has one phase (search) that does both search
and cleanup. So added an additional `set_registers` to support that.

The bulk of these changes was added back in Mar 2020 in
https://github.com/emscripten-core/emscripten/pull/10577 to emscripten
repo and has been used ever since. Now we'd like to upstream this so
that other toolchains that don't use emscripten libraries, e.g., WASI,
can use this too.

This matches the corresponding change to libcxx headers in

This avoids needing to define _LIBCXXABI_DISABLE_VISIBILITY_ANNOTATIONS

- It defaults to normal linkage (as opposed to dllimport), fixing
linking of a static library version of libcxx/libcxxabi
- It avoids issues with using dllimport declarations on symbols when
including cxxabi implementations into the testcase itself

ARM EHABI isn't signalled by any specific compiler builtin define,

6f5f847a36 [libcxxabi] Copy headers into build location
Prior to D120727, the libcxx build was responsible for copying libcxxabi
headers into the right location, both in the build and install trees,
but now it's the responsibility of the libcxxabi build. While the build
already did the right thing for the install tree, it wouldn't copy
headers into the build tree, resulting in errors when trying to use the
just built toolchain as is the case in the runtimes build when building
compiler-rt runtimes.

368faacac7 [libc++] Revert "Protect users from relying on detail headers" & related changes
This commit reverts 5aaefa51 (and also partly 7f285f48e77 and b6d75682f9,
which were related to the original commit). As landed, 5aaefa51 had
unintended consequences on some downstream bots and didn't have proper
coverage upstream due to a few subtle things. Implementing this is
something we should do in libc++, however we'll first need to address
a few issues listed in https://reviews.llvm.org/D106124#3349710.

5aaefa510e [libcxx][modules] protects users from relying on detail headers
libc++ has started splicing standard library headers into much more
fine-grained content for maintainability. It's very likely that outdated
and naive tooling (some of which is outside of LLVM's scope) will
suggest users include things such as <__ranges/access.h> instead of
<ranges>, and Hyrum's law suggests that users will eventually begin to
rely on this without the help of tooling. As such, this commit
intends to protect users from themselves, by making it a hard error for
anyone outside of the standard library to include libc++ detail headers.

71d88cebfb [libc++/libc++abi] Automatically detect whether exceptions are enabled
Instead of detecting it automatically (in libc++) and relying on
_LIBCXXABI_NO_EXCEPTIONS being set explicitly (in libc++abi), always
detect whether exceptions are enabled automatically.

This commit also removes support for specifying -D_LIBCPP_NO_EXCEPTIONS
and -D_LIBCXXABI_NO_EXCEPTIONS explicitly -- those should just be inferred
from using -fno-exceptions (or an equivalent flag).

Allowing both -D_FOO_NO_EXCEPTIONS to be provided explicitly and trying
to detect it automatically is just confusing, especially since we did
specify it explicitly when building libc++abi. We should have only one
way to detect whether exceptions are enabled, but it should be robust.

57b08b0944 Update more file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo
to reflect the new license. These used slightly different spellings that
defeated my regular expressions.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

Ideally, we would do something like inline __declspec(dllexport) to ensure that
the symbol was inlined within libunwind as well as emitted into the final DSO.
This simply moves the definition out of the header to ensure that the *public*
interfaces are defined and exported into the final DSO.

This change also has "gratuitous" code movement so that the EHABI and generic
implementations are co-located making it easier to find them.

The movement from the header has one minor change introduced into the code:
additional tracing to mirror the behaviour of the non-EHABI interfaces.
