a9a1313386 Add support for generating vspltw, instead of a vperm instruction with a 
constant pool load.  This generates significantly nicer code for splats.

When tblgen gets bugfixed, we can remove the custom selection code.

a8713b1ee6 Custom lower arbitrary VECTOR_SHUFFLE's to VPERM. 
TODO: leave specific ones as VECTOR_SHUFFLE's and turn them into specialized
operations like vsplt*

bb01d4f272 Remove BRTWOWAY* 
Make the PPC backend not dependent on BRTWOWAY_CC and make the branch

This implements CodeGen/PowerPC/stfiwx.ll, and also incidentally does the

73136dfecc - Added option -relocation-model to set relocation model. Valid values include static, pic, 
dynamic-no-pic, and default.
PPC and x86 default is dynamic-no-pic for Darwin, pic for others.
- Removed options -enable-pic and -ppc-static.

8c47c3a3b1 Remove TLI.LowerReturnTo, and just let targets custom lower ISD::RET for 
the same functionality.  This addresses another piece of bug 680.  Next,
on to fixing Alpha VAARG, which I broke last time.

66f63f72f3 Dead FP arguments still use an incoming FP reg. This fixes 
Regression/CodeGen/PowerPC/2006-01-11-darwin-fp-argument.ll, which was
distilled from a miscompilation in 252.eon.
