e9e55acd1b Use functions with prototypes when appropriate; NFC 
A significant number of our tests in C accidentally use functions
without prototypes. This patch converts the function signatures to have
a prototype for the situations where the test is not specific to K&R C
declarations. e.g.,

  void func();

becomes

  void func(void);

This is the seventh batch of tests being updated (there are a
significant number of other tests left to be updated).

6f33936719 Explain why the array bound is non-constant in VLA diagnostics. 
In passing, also use a more precise diagnostic to explain why an
expression is not an ICE if it's not of integral type.

5bbceadfc8 [OPENMP50]Add support for 'parallel master taskloop' construct. 
Added parsing/sema/codegen support for 'parallel master taskloop'
constructs. Some of the clauses, like 'grainsize', 'num_tasks', 'final'
and 'priority' are not supported in full, only constant expressions can
be used currently in these clauses.
