[AST] Dump argument types for TypeTraitExpr. (#89370)
The argument types are not modeled as children of TypeTraitExpr,
therefore they are not dumped with the default implementation.

Dumping them is really useful for ad-hoc debugging, context #89358

Revert "[clang] ASTImporter: Fix importing of va_list types and declarations"
This reverts commit 5f820c0f55cd9d4f4520cc92eae0a1c4afe05a54.

Apparently it breaks aarch64 buildbots.

[clang] ASTImporter: Fix importing of va_list types and declarations
This fixes a problem where __va_list_tag was not correctly imported,
possibly leading to multiple definitions with different types.

This adds __va_list_tag to it's proper scope, so that the ASTImporter
can find it.

[clang][test][NFC] Also test for serialization in AST dump tests, part 1/n.
The outputs between the direct ast-dump test and the ast-dump test after
deserialization should match modulo a few differences.

For hand-written tests, strip the "<undeserialized declarations>"s and
the "imported"s with sed.

For tests generated with "make-ast-dump-check.sh", regenerate the
output.

Part 1/n.
