[analyzer] Handle [[assume(cond)]] as __builtin_assume(cond) (#116462)
Resolves #100762 

Gist of the change:
1. All the symbol analysis, constraint manager and expression parsing
logic was already present, but the previous code didn't "visit" the
expressions within `assume()` by parsing those expressions, all of the
code "just works" by evaluating the SVals, and hence leaning on the same
logic that makes the code with `__builtin_assume` work
2. "Ignore" an expression from adding in CFG if it has side-effects (
similar to CGStmt.cpp (todo add link))
3. Add additional test case for ternary operator handling and modify
CFG.cpp's VisitGuardedExpr code for `continue`-ing if the `ProgramPoint`
is a `StmtPoint`

[HLSL] Implement array temporary support (#79382)
HLSL constant sized array function parameters do not decay to pointers.
Instead constant sized array types are preserved as unique types for
overload resolution, template instantiation and name mangling.

This implements the change by adding a new `ArrayParameterType` which
represents a non-decaying `ConstantArrayType`. The new type behaves the
same as `ConstantArrayType` except that it does not decay to a pointer.

Values of `ConstantArrayType` in HLSL decay during overload resolution
via a new `HLSLArrayRValue` cast to `ArrayParameterType`.

`ArrayParamterType` values are passed indirectly by-value to functions
in IR generation resulting in callee generated memcpy instructions.

The behavior of HLSL function calls is documented in the [draft language
specification](https://microsoft.github.io/hlsl-specs/specs/hlsl.pdf)
under the Expr.Post.Call heading.

Additionally the design of this implementation approach is documented in
[Clang's

[HLSL] Vector standard conversions (#71098)
HLSL supports vector truncation and element conversions as part of
standard conversion sequences. The vector truncation conversion is a C++
second conversion in the conversion sequence. If a vector truncation is
in a conversion sequence an element conversion may occur after it before
the standard C++ third conversion.

Vector element conversions can be boolean conversions, floating point or
integral conversions or promotions.

7c9abbd8a4 Reapply [analyzer] Simplify SVal for simple NonLoc->Loc casts
Reapply after fixing the test by enabling the `debug.ExprInspection` checker.

NonLoc symbolic SVal to Loc casts are not supported except for
nonloc::ConcreteInt.

This change simplifies the source SVals so that the more casts can
go through nonloc::ConcreteInt->loc::ConcreteInt path. For example:

  void test_simplified_before_cast_add(long long t1) {
    long long t2 = t1 + 3;
    if (!t2) {
      int *p = (int *) t2;
      clang_analyzer_eval(p == 0); // expected-warning{{TRUE}}
    }
  }

If simplified, 't2' is 0, resulting 'p' is nullptr, otherwise 'p'
is unknown.

985888411d [analyzer] Refactor makeNull to makeNullWithWidth (NFC)
Usages of makeNull need to be deprecated in favor of makeNullWithWidth
for architectures where the pointer size should not be assumed. This can
occur when pointer sizes can be of different sizes, depending on address
space for example. See https://reviews.llvm.org/D118050 as an example.

This was uncovered initially in a downstream compiler project, and
tested through those systems tests.

steakhal performed systems testing across a large set of open source
projects.

16be17ad4b [analyzer][NFC] Refactor llvm::isa<> usages in the StaticAnalyzer
It turns out llvm::isa<> is variadic, and we could have used this at a
lot of places.

The following patterns:
  x && isa<T1>(x) || isa<T2>(x) ...
Will be replaced by:
  isa_and_non_null<T1, T2, ...>(x)

Sometimes it caused further simplifications, when it would cause even
more code smell.

Aside from this, keep in mind that within `assert()` or any macro
functions, we need to wrap the isa<> expression within a parenthesis,
due to the parsing of the comma.

55662b24a4 [analyzer][NFC] Inline ExprEngine::handleLVectorSplat()
It seems like ExprEngine::handleLVectorSplat() was used at only 2
places. It might be better to directly inline them for readability.

It seems like these cases were not covered by tests according to my
coverage measurement, so I'm adding tests as well, demonstrating that no
behavior changed.
Besides that, I'm handling CK_MatrixCast similarly to how the rest of
the unhandled casts are evaluated.

aa454dda2e [analyzer] LValueToRValueBitCasts should evaluate to an r-value
Previously `LValueToRValueBitCast`s were modeled in the same way how
a regular `BitCast` was. However, this should not produce an l-value.
Modeling bitcasts accurately is tricky, so it's probably better to
model this expression by binding a fresh conjured value.

The following code should not result in a diagnostic:
```lang=C++
  __attribute__((always_inline))
  static inline constexpr unsigned int_castf32_u32(float __A) {
    return __builtin_bit_cast(unsigned int, __A); // no-warning
  }
```

Previously, it reported
`Address of stack memory associated with local variable '__A' returned
to caller [core.StackAddressEscape]`.

21daada950 [analyzer] Fix static_cast on pointer-to-member handling
This commit fixes bug #48739. The bug was caused by the way static_casts
on pointer-to-member caused the CXXBaseSpecifier list of a
MemberToPointer to grow instead of shrink.
The list is now grown by implicit casts and corresponding entries are
removed by static_casts. No-op static_casts cause no effect.

9cbfdde2ea [analyzer] Fix crash with pointer to members values
This fix unifies all of the different ways we handled pointer to
members into one.  The crash was caused by the fact that the type
of pointer-to-member values was `void *`, and while this works
for the vast majority of cases it breaks when we actually need
to explain the path for the report.

98db1f990f [Analyzer] [NFC] Parameter Regions
Currently, parameters of functions without their definition present cannot
be represented as regions because it would be difficult to ensure that the
same declaration is used in every case. To overcome this, we split
`VarRegion` to two subclasses: `NonParamVarRegion` and `ParamVarRegion`.
The latter does not store the `Decl` of the parameter variable. Instead it
stores the index of the parameter which enables retrieving the actual
`Decl` every time using the function declaration of the stack frame. To
achieve this we also removed storing of `Decl` from `DeclRegion` and made
`getDecl()` pure virtual. The individual `Decl`s are stored in the
appropriate subclasses, such as `FieldRegion`, `ObjCIvarRegion` and the
newly introduced `NonParamVarRegion`.

eee944e7f9 [C++2a] Add __builtin_bit_cast, used to implement std::bit_cast
This commit adds a new builtin, __builtin_bit_cast(T, v), which performs a
bit_cast from a value v to a type T. This expression can be evaluated at
compile time under specific circumstances.

The compile time evaluation currently doesn't support bit-fields, but I'm
planning on fixing this in a follow up (some of the logic for figuring this out
is in CodeGen). I'm also planning follow-ups for supporting some more esoteric
types that the constexpr evaluator supports, as well as extending
__builtin_memcpy constexpr evaluation to use the same infrastructure.

60cde76f70 [analyzer] PR37501: Disable assertion for logical op short circuit evaluation.
The transfer function for the CFG element that represents a logical operation
computes the value of the operation and does nothing else. The element
appears after all the short circuit decisions were made, so they don't need
to be made again at this point.

Because our expression evaluation is imprecise, it is often hard to
discriminate between:

  (1) we don't know the value of the RHS because we failed to evaluate it

and

  (2) we don't know the value of the RHS because it didn't need to be evaluated.

This is hard because it depends on our knowledge about the value of the LHS
(eg., if LHS is true, then RHS in (LHS || RHS) doesn't need to be computed)
but LHS itself may have been evaluated imprecisely and we don't know whether
it is true or not. Additionally, the Analyzer wouldn't necessarily even remember
what the value of the LHS was because theoretically it's not really necessary
to know it for any future evaluations.

In order to work around these issues, the transfer function for logical
operations consists in looking at the ExplodedGraph we've constructed so far
in order to figure out from which CFG direction did we arrive here.
Such post-factum backtracking that doesn't involve looking up LHS and RHS values
is usually possible. However sometimes it fails because when we deduplicate
exploded nodes with the same program point and the same program state we may end
up in a situation when we reached the same program point from two or more
different directions.

By removing the assertion, we admit that the procedure indeed sometimes fails to
work. When it fails, we also admit that we don't know the value of the logical
operator.

bef9f8aac3 [CFG] [analyzer] pr41142: C++17: Skip transparent InitListExprs in ExprEngine.
r356634 didn't fix all the problems caused by r356222 - even though simple
constructors involving transparent init-list expressions are now evaluated
precisely, many more complicated constructors aren't, for other reasons.

The attached test case is an example of a constructor that will never be
evaluated precisely - simply because there isn't a constructor there (instead,
the program invokes run-time undefined behavior by returning without a return
statement that should have constructed the return value).

Fix another part of the problem for such situations: evaluate transparent
init-list expressions transparently, so that to avoid creating ill-formed
"transparent" nonloc::CompoundVals.

2946cd7010 Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo
to reflect the new license.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

cc19f921b5 [analyzer] Pass the correct loc Expr from VisitIncDecOp to evalStore
Summary: The LocationE parameter of evalStore is documented as "The location expression that is stored to". When storing from an increment / decrement operator this was not satisfied. In user code this causes an inconsistency between the SVal and Stmt parameters of checkLocation.

This caused a miscompile in Chrome (see crbug.com/908372) that's
illustrated by this small reduction:

    return f(arr, arr + 3);
  }

  $ clang -O2 -S -emit-llvm a.cc -o -

g() should return true, but after r347417 it became false for some reason.

3501895863 Revert r345562: "PR23833, DR2140: an lvalue-to-rvalue conversion on a glvalue of type"
This exposes a (known) CodeGen bug: it can't cope with emitting lvalue
expressions that denote non-odr-used but usable-in-constant-expression
variables. See PR39528 for a testcase.

Reverted for now until that issue can be fixed.

4dc0b1ac60 Fix clang -Wimplicit-fallthrough warnings across llvm, NFC
This patch should not introduce any behavior changes. It consists of
mostly one of two changes:
1. Replacing fall through comments with the LLVM_FALLTHROUGH macro
2. Inserting 'break' before falling through into a case block consisting
   of only 'break'.

We were already using this warning with GCC, but its warning behaves
slightly differently. In this patch, the following differences are
relevant:
1. GCC recognizes comments that say "fall through" as annotations, clang
   doesn't
2. GCC doesn't warn on "case N: foo(); default: break;", clang does
3. GCC doesn't warn when the case contains a switch, but falls through
   the outer case.

I will enable the warning separately in a follow-up patch so that it can
be cleanly reverted if necessary.

d2e69dfddb PR23833, DR2140: an lvalue-to-rvalue conversion on a glvalue of type
nullptr_t does not access memory.

We now reuse CK_NullToPointer to represent a conversion from a glvalue
of type nullptr_t to a prvalue of nullptr_t where necessary.
