418a272f4a [dotest] Avoid the need for LEVEL= makefile boilerplate
Summary:
Instead of each test case knowing its depth relative to the test root,
we can just have dotest add the folder containing Makefile.rules to the
include path.

This was motivated by r370616, though I have been wanting to do this
ever since we moved to building tests out-of-tree.

The only manually modified files in this patch are lldbinline.py and
plugins/builder_base.py. The rest of the patch has been produced by this
shell command:
  find . \( -name Makefile -o -name '*.mk' \) -exec sed --in-place -e '/LEVEL *:\?=/d' -e '1,2{/^$/d}' -e 's,\$(LEVEL)/,,' {} +

de11105d2e [lldb] [test] Mark failing tests XFAIL on NetBSD
Add a convenience 'expectedFailureNetBSD' decorator and mark all tests
currently failing on NetBSD with it. Also skip a few tests that hang
the test suite. This should establish a baseline for the test suite
and get us closer to enabling tests on buildbot. This will help us
catch regressions while we still have a lot of work to do to get tests
working.

It seems that there are also some flaky tests. I am going to address
them later on.

2946cd7010 Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo
to reflect the new license.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

58ddb8d041 [Test-Suite] Fix all the sanitizer tests to be based on compiler capabilities
Summary: This patch reworks all the @skip... lines for sanitizer libraries to be based on whether or not the compiler actually works, rather than whether or not the compiler-rt sources are present in some magically derived directory.

b9c1b51e45 *** This commit represents a complete reformatting of the LLDB source code
*** to conform to clang-format’s LLVM style. This kind of mass change has
*** two obvious implications:

Firstly, merging this particular commit into a downstream fork may be a huge
effort. Alternatively, it may be worth merging all changes up to this commit,
performing the same reformatting operation locally, and then discarding the
merge for this particular commit. The commands used to accomplish this
reformatting were as follows (with current working directory as the root of
the repository):

    find . \( -iname "*.c" -or -iname "*.cpp" -or -iname "*.h" -or -iname "*.mm" \) -exec clang-format -i {} +
    find . -iname "*.py" -exec autopep8 --in-place --aggressive --aggressive {} + ;

The version of clang-format used was 3.9.0, and autopep8 was 1.2.4.

Secondly, “blame” style tools will generally point to this commit instead of
a meaningful prior commit. There are alternatives available that will attempt
to look through this change and find the appropriate prior commit. YMMV.

a10ab76b16 [tsan] Prefer mangled name looking up variable declaration for racy address
For Thread Sanitizer reports, LLDB tries to find a global variable declaration
corresponding to the racy address in order to provide a filename and line
number. This commit changes the lookup of the variable to use the mangled
name for lookup and fall back to the demangled version if unavailable. This
is needed to report locations of races on Swift global variables.

I've also added a test to make sure we look up C++ globals correctly.

6a83143650 Add ThreadSanitizer debugging support.
This patch adds ThreadSanitizer support into LLDB:
- Adding a new InstrumentationRuntime plugin, ThreadSanitizerRuntime, in the same way ASan is implemented.
- A breakpoint stops in `__tsan_on_report`, then we extract all sorts of information by evaluating an expression. We then populate this into StopReasonExtendedInfo.
- SBThread gets a new API, SBThread::GetStopReasonExtendedBacktraces(), which returns TSan’s backtraces in the form of regular SBThreads. Non-TSan stop reasons return an empty collection.
- Added some test cases.
