649ef3386b [clang-tools-extra] Use std::nullopt instead of llvm::None (NFC)
This patch mechanically replaces None with std::nullopt where the
compiler would warn if None were deprecated. The intent is to reduce
the amount of manual work required in migrating from Optional to
std::optional.

This is part of an effort to migrate from llvm::Optional to
std::optional:

ac21938fbd [clangd] Fix rename for symbol introduced by UsingDecl
Fixes https://github.com/clangd/clangd/issues/170

This patch actually consists of 2 fixes:

1) Add handling for UsingShadowDecl to canonicalRenameDecl().
This fixes the issue described in https://github.com/clangd/clangd/issues/170.

2) Avoid the "there are multiple symbols under the cursor error" by applying similar
   logic as in https://reviews.llvm.org/D133664.
   This also partly fixes https://github.com/clangd/clangd/issues/586.

5f7f4846e8 [clangd] Fix non-idempotent cases of canonicalRenameDecl()
The simplest way to ensure full canonicalization is to canonicalize
recursively in most cases.

This fixes an assertion failure and presumably correctness bugs.

It does show up that D132797's index-based virtual method renames doesn't handle
templates well (the AST behavior is different and IMO better).
We could choose to disable in this case or change the index behavior,
but this patch doesn't do either.

[clangd] Remove redundant check for renamed symbol origin
This is a follow-up on D116643. `isInSystemHeader` check already detects
symbols coming from the Standard Library, so searching for the qualified name
in StdSymbolMap.inc is no longer necessary.

The tests filtering out purely based on the symbol qualified names are removed.

555eacf75f [clangd] Fix undefined behavior when generating error message at rename with an invalid name
`Message()` lambda uses `Reason.Details` as an input parameter for `llvm::formatv()`, but `Reason` in `Message()` is a local object.
Return value of `llvm::formatv()` contains references to its input arguments, thus `Message()` returns an object which contains a reference to `Details` field of the local object `Reason`.
This patch fixes this behavior by passing `Reason` as a reference to `Message()` to ensure that return value of `Message()` contains references to alive object and also prevents copying of `InvalidName` structure at passing it to `makeError()`.

Provided test passes on Linux+GCC with or without this patch, but fails on Windows+VisualStudio without this patch.

[clangd] Treat paths case-insensitively depending on the platform
Path{Match,Exclude} and MountPoint were checking paths case-sensitively
on all platforms, as with other features, this was causing problems on
windows. Since users can have capital drive letters on config files, but
editors might lower-case them.

This patch addresses that issue by:
- Creating regexes with case-insensitive matching on those platforms.
- Introducing a new pathIsAncestor helper, which performs checks in a
  case-correct manner where needed.

91698fe45f [clangd] Take into account what is in the index (symbols, references, etc.) at indexes merge
Current indexes merge logic skip data from the static index if the file is in the dynamic index, but sometimes the dynamic index does not contain references (e.g. preamble (dynamic) index vs background (static) index).
This problem is masked with the fact, that the preamble index file list consists of file URI's and other indexes file lists consist of file paths.
This patch introduces the index contents (symbols, references, etc.), which makes indexes merge more flexible and makes it able to use URI's for the index file list.

e35f9229dc [clangd] Ignore the static index refs from the dynamic index files.
This patch fixes the following problem:
- open a file with references to the symbol `Foo`
- remove all references to `Foo` (from the dynamic index).
- `MergedIndex::refs()` result will contain positions of removed references (from the static index).

The idea of this patch is to keep a set of files which were used during index build inside the index.
Thus at processing the static index references we can check if the file of processing reference is a part of the dynamic index or not.

[clangd] Enhance Clangd rename testing coverage
We plan to eliminate error-prone and obsolete Clang-Rename API from Clangd. To
do that, we will introduce Decl canonicalization rules that will make renaming
code simpler and easier to maintain (D71880).

To ensure smooth transition to the new implementation, many Clang-Rename tests
will be adopted in Clangd to prevent any possible regressions. This patch is
the first in the chain of test migration patches. It improves existing tests
and adopts tests from Clang-Rename's alias, class and enum testing files.
