[AArch64] Add initial support for -mcpu=olympus. (#132368)
This patch adds support for the NVIDIA Olympus core.

This does not add any special tuning decisions, and those may come
later.

[AMDGPU] Replace gfx940 and gfx941 with gfx942 in llvm (#126763)
gfx940 and gfx941 are no longer supported. This is one of a series of
PRs to remove them from the code base.

This PR removes all non-documentation occurrences of gfx940/gfx941 from
the llvm directory, and the remaining occurrences in clang.

Documentation changes will follow.

[AMDGPU][clang] Replace gfx940 and gfx941 with gfx942 in clang (#126762)
gfx940 and gfx941 are no longer supported. This is one of a series of
PRs to remove them from the code base.

This PR removes all occurrences of gfx940/gfx941 from clang that can be
removed without changes in the llvm directory. The
target-invalid-cpu-note/amdgcn.c test is not included here since it
tests a list of targets that is defined in
llvm/lib/TargetParser/TargetParser.cpp.

[AArch64] Add aliases for processors apple-a18/s6..10. (#127152)
apple-a18 is an alias of apple-m4.
apple-s6/s7/s8 are aliases of apple-a13.
apple-s9/s10 are aliases of apple-a16.

As with some other aliases today, this reflects identical ISA feature
support, but not necessarily identical microarchitectures and
performance characteristics.

[RISCV] Add a generic OOO CPU (#120712)
We add a generic out-of-order CPU model here just like what GCC
has done.
    
People may use this model to evaluate some optimizations, and more
importantly, people can use this model as a template to customize
their own CPU models.
    
The design (units, cycles, ...) of this model is random so don't
take it seriously.

8424bf207e [SystemZ] Add support for new cpu architecture - arch15
This patch adds support for the next-generation arch15
CPU architecture to the SystemZ backend.

This includes:
- Basic support for the new processor and its features.
- Detection of arch15 as host processor.
- Assembler/disassembler support for new instructions.
- Exploitation of new instructions for code generation.
- New vector (signed|unsigned|bool) __int128 data types.
- New LLVM intrinsics for certain new instructions.
- Support for low-level builtins mapped to new LLVM intrinsics.
- New high-level intrinsics in vecintrin.h.
- Indicate support by defining  __VEC__ == 10305.

Note: No currently available Z system supports the arch15
architecture.  Once new systems become available, the
official system name will be added as supported -march name.

[RISCV] Add Hazard3 Core as taped out for RP2350 (#102452)
Luke Wren's Hazard3 is a configurable, open-source 32-bit RISC-V core.
The core's source code and docs are available on github:

This is the RISC-V core used in the RP2350, a recently announced SoC by
Raspberry Pi (which also contains Arm cores):

We have agreed to name this `-mcpu` option `rp2350-hazard3`, and it
reflects exactly the options configured in the RP2350 chips. Notably,
the Zbc is not configured, and nor is B because the `misa.B` bit is not
either.

[clang][NFC] Split invalid-cpu-note tests (#104601)
This change does two kinds of splits:
- Splits each target into a different file. Some targets are left in the
same files, such as riscv32/64 and x86/_64 as these tests and lists are
very similar.
- Splits up the very long 'note:' lines which contain a list of CPUs,
using `CHECK-SAME`. There was a note about this not being possible
before, but with `{{^}}`, this is now possible -- I have
verified that this does the right thing if a single CPU anywhere in the
list is left out.

These tests had become quite annoying to change when adding a CPU, and I
believe this change makes these easier to maintain, and should cut down
on conflicts in these files (or at least makes conflicts easier to
resolve).

I apologise in advance for downstream conflicts, but hopefully that's a
small amount of short term pain, in return for fewer conflicts in
future.
