4c9a2fb044 Refer to the RegisterCoalescer pass by ID. 
A public interface is no longer needed since RegisterCoalescer is not an
analysis any more.

8ac477ffb5 Begin adding static dependence information to passes, which will allow us to 
perform initialization without static constructors AND without explicit initialization
by the client.  For the moment, passes are required to initialize both their
(potential) dependencies and any passes they preserve.  I hope to be able to relax
the latter requirement in the future.

564956867e Removed VNInfo::isDefAccurate(). Def "accuracy" can be checked by testing whether LiveIntervals::getInstructionFromIndex(def) returns NULL.

225977d4f9 LoopSplitter - intended to split live intervals over loop boundaries. 
Still very much under development. Comments and fixes will be forthcoming.

(This commit includes some small tweaks to LiveIntervals & LoopInfo to support the splitter)
