We weren't applying the libdir subdir to header directories but this is
necessary for correctness when building e.g. ASan variant. This change
also updates path construction logic accross all runtimes and ensures
they're consistent.
Update the folder titles for targets in the monorepository that have not
seen taken care of for some time. These are the folders that targets are
organized in Visual Studio and XCode
(`set_property(TARGET <target> PROPERTY FOLDER "<title>")`)
when using the respective CMake's IDE generator.
* Ensure that every target is in a folder
* Use a folder hierarchy with each LLVM subproject as a top-level folder
* Use consistent folder names between subprojects
* When using target-creating functions from AddLLVM.cmake, automatically
deduce the folder. This reduces the number of
`set_property`/`set_target_property`, but are still necessary when
`add_custom_target`, `add_executable`, `add_library`, etc. are used. A
LLVM_SUBPROJECT_TITLE definition is used for that in each subproject's
root CMakeLists.txt.
Libunwind supports FP64 and FP32 modes, but not FPXX. The reason is
that, FP64 and FP32 have different way to save/restore FPRs. If
libunwind is built as FPXX, we have no idea which one should we use.
It's not due to the code bug, but rather the nature of FPXX.
FPXX is an ABI which uses only a common subset of FR=1(FP64) and FR=0
(FP32).
So that FPXX binaries can link with both FP64 and FP32 ones, aka.
FPXX + FP32 -> FP32
FPXX + FP64 -> FP64
While for libunwind, we should save/restore all of FPRs. If we use FPXX,
we can only save/restore a common subset of FPRs, instead of superset.
If libunwind is built as FP64, it will interoperatable with FPXX/FP64
APPs, and if it is built as FP32, it will interoperatable with
FP32/FPXX. Currently most of O32 APPs are FPXX or FP64, while few are
FP32.
So if the compiler is FPXX, which is the default value of most
toolchain, let's switch it to FP64.

This applies the same change as in
760261a3daf98882ccbd177e3133fb4a058f47ad (where they were applied to
libcxxabi and libcxx) to libunwind as well.
These options can reasonably be set either as an absolute or relative
path, but if set as type PATH, they are rewritten from relative into
absolute relative to the build directory, while the relative form is
intended to be relative to the install prefix.
`LIBCXXABI_SYSROOT`, `LIBCXXABI_TARGET_TRIPLE` and
`LIBCXXABI_GCC_TOOLCHAIN` are not supported anymore. Based on the
comment, the warning should be removed after branching for LLVM 15.
Previously this was based on target architecture, but
that makes very little sense--frame API availability is generally
for libgcc compatibility and that is dependent on runtime
needs rather than target architecture.
Default this to on, so as not to remove the apis from
environments that already have them.
The functions this macro protects are stubs for libgcc-compatibility.
Today, libunwind as a drop-in replacement for libgcc_eh links on x86,
x86_64, and powerpc, but not aarch64, which doesn't really make
sense. As there is nothing architecture specific about these, they
should be provided everywhere or nowhere.
The target-specific protection goes all the way back to the original
code contribution in 312fcd0e1cf14482b2ae8eee8234541dcc3bc2c4 from
2013, so the original reason is lost to history, and probably not
relevant today.

D150532 [OpenMP] Compile assembly files as ASM, not C
Since CMake 3.20, CMake explicitly passes "-x c" (or equivalent)
when compiling a file which has been set as having the language
C. This behaviour change only takes place if "cmake_minimum_required"
is set to 3.20 or newer, or if the policy CMP0119 is set to new.
Attempting to compile assembly files with "-x c" fails, however
this is workarounded in many cases, as OpenMP overrides this with
"-x assembler-with-cpp", however this is only added for non-Windows
targets.
Thus, after increasing cmake_minimum_required to 3.20, this breaks
compiling the GNU assembly for Windows targets; the GNU assembly is
used for ARM and AArch64 Windows targets when building with Clang.
This patch unbreaks that.

of fuchsia's toolchain:

install the library, it makes sense to install the libunwind headers
by default when we build libunwind. In the current state of things,
there is an increased risk that folks are using older (previously
installed) libunwind headers along with a recent libunwind dylib,
which is not ideal.

We held off on this before as `LLVM_LIBDIR_SUFFIX` conflicted with it.
Now we return this.
`LLVM_LIBDIR_SUFFIX` is kept as a deprecated way to set
`CMAKE_INSTALL_LIBDIR`. The other `*_LIBDIR_SUFFIX` are just removed
entirely.
I imagine this is too potentially-breaking to make LLVM 15. That's fine.
I have a more minimal version of this in the disto (NixOS) patches for
LLVM 15 (like previous versions). This more expansive version I will
test harder after the release is cut.

(In the case of libunwind, the cmake option is called
LIBUNWIND_HIDE_SYMBOLS, but it has the same effect as
LIBCXX_HERMETIC_STATIC_LIBRARY and
LIBCXXABI_HERMETIC_STATIC_LIBRARY.)
Previously, the same issue was dealt with by setting a project wide
define (_LIBUNWIND_HIDE_SYMBOLS,
_LIBCXXABI_DISABLE_VISIBILITY_ANNOTATIONS and
_LIBCPP_DISABLE_VISIBILITY_ANNOTATIONS) if only building a static
library. If building both static and shared at the same time, this
wasn't set, and the static library would contain dllexport directives.
The LIB*_HERMETIC_STATIC_LIBRARY and LIBUNWIND_HIDE_SYMBOLS cmake
options only apply the defines to the static library in the build,
even if building both static and shared at the same time.
(This could only be done use after the object libraries were
enabled, as a shared libcxx needs libcxxabi object files built
with dllexports included.)
This allows removing inelegant code for deciding how to build the
libcxxabi static library and a TODO comment that suggested that
users should need to start setting an option, which they shouldn't
need to. Finally, this gets rid of two XFAILs in tests.

Its defaulting logic must go after `project(..)` to work correctly, but `project(..)` is often in a standalone condition making this
awkward, since the rest of the condition code may also need GNUInstallDirs.
The good thing is there are the various standalone booleans, which I had missed before. This makes splitting the conditional blocks less awkward.

It arose as a new draft of D28234. I initially did the unorthodox thing of pushing to that when I wasn't the original author, but since I ended up
- Using `GNUInstallDirs`, rather than mimicking it, as the original author was hesitant to do but others requested.
- Converting all the packages, not just LLVM, effecting many more projects than LLVM itself.
I figured it was time to make a new revision.
I have used this patch series (and many back-ports) as the basis of https://github.com/NixOS/nixpkgs/pull/111487 for my distro (NixOS), which was merged last spring (2021). It looked like people were generally on board in D28234, but I make note of this here in case extra motivation is useful.

In D116873 I did this for libunwind prior to defining a new install path
variable. But I think the change is good on its own, and libc++{,abi}
could also use it.
libc++ needed the base header var defined above the conditional part to
use it for the prefi+ed headers in the non-target-specific case. For
consistency, I therefore put the unconditional ones above for all 3
libs, which is why I touched the libunwind code (seeing that it had the
core change already)

This is created on analogy with the other CACHE PATHs in this package,
and other `*_INSTALL_INCLUDE_DIR` in other packages.
The branching is adjusted to deduplicate some existing code, and
likewise avoid having to define this new variable more than once.

In D116472 we created conditionally defined variables for the tools to
unbreak the legacy build where they are in `llvm/tools`.
The runtimes are not tools, so that flexibility doesn't matter. Still,
it might be nice to define (unconditionally) and use the variable for
the runtimes simply to make the code a bit clearer and document what is
going on.
Also, consistently put project dirs at the beginning, not end of `CMAKE_MODULE_PATH`. This ensures they will properly shadow similarly named stuff that happens to be later on the path.
