With opaque pointers, `CreatePointerBitCastOrAddrSpaceCast` can be replaced with `CreateAddrSpaceCast`. Replace or remove uses of `CreatePointerBitCastOrAddrSpaceCast`. Opaque pointer cleanup effort.
