We can get a reference to the `ExecutionSession` from the `ObjectLinkingLayer` argument, so there's no need to pass it in separately. This mirrors recent changes to `ElfNixPlatform` and `MachOPlatform` by @lhames in3dba4ca155andcc20dd285a.
