Nikolai Bozhenov 03edcd68dd [SCEV] Return zero from computeConstantDifference(X, X) ...

Without this patch computeConstantDifference returns None for cases like
these:

  computeConstantDifference(%x, %x)
  computeConstantDifference({%x,+,16}, {%x,+,16})
