Summary: - Add `UETT_PreferredAlignOf` to account for the difference between `__alignof` and `alignof` - `AlignOfType` now returns ABI alignment instead of preferred alignment iff clang-abi-compat > 7, and one uses _Alignof or alignof Patch by Nicole Mazzuca!
