The OpenMP runtime is not instrumented, so entering the runtime leaves no hint on the source line of the pragma on ThreadSanitizer's function stack. This patch adds function entry/exit annotations for OpenMP parallel regions, and synchronization regions (barrier, taskwait, taskgroup).
