## Prerequisites
* ROCM : amdgpu-dkms -> Docker containers share the kernel with the host OS. Therefore, the ROCm kernel-mode driver (amdgpu-dkms) must be installed on the host.
* CUDA : nvidia-container-toolkit/nvidia-docker2
